Feed back from multiple users was that they wanted a reminder to repay their loan on a specific date. Thus we introduced a feature allowing a user to set up a google calendar event reminding them their loan is due. This is an optional feature and the protocol doesn’t collect any information (e.g. email address) in the process.

A Step by step guide

  1. A user takes out a loan. Once the loan is confirmed on chain the user is presented with the option of setting up a google calendar notification.

  2. Select Google Calendar

  3. This will open up a google calendar reminder. Make sure you are signed into gmail in your browser. Press Save. Note the event will be set for 10am in your current location on the maturity date of the loan.
